Miscellaneous Notes on TriNet Codes

SmartSocket Event signals consist of ONLY the event ID. The local auth and
subsource codes are implied for these.

TriNet codes sometimes use the term "Network" or "Net" in their config files when
they are refering to the database Auth code.
